  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I’ve checked the page, and it is already set to index. Also, it’s already showing on the search results page

    Index

In this case, please clear your website’s cache and check again the URL.

Please note that it is completely normal for a newly published post/page/website to take time before it gets crawled or indexed by Google. It depends on a lot of factors. Your posting frequency + the domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing some new URLs.

Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on these factors (especially these two) and that has a direct effect on how soon or how late your content can get indexed.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. The search console continues to indicate that the page has a redirect and is not indexed. I’ve cleared the cache and reanalyzed the page with the following result:
    https://prnt.sc/mnvhKxyRrNxS

Note that the page was created a few weeks ago so I would imagine it’s enough time for google to normally crawl it (even if the website has low authority).

Not sure what else I can / should do. Also not sure why google is saying it’s not indexed if you say it is, any idea?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Best,
    Nick

    Hello,

From your screenshot, the last crawl date is still from March 2, 2023.

Also, the page is opening fine without redirection, so your visitors will experience the same thing.

In this case, please wait for Google to crawl the page again and reflect the changes in the search results.

You can also request indexing for the updated page using the URL Inspection tool in the Search Console.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
