I receive a page not found error when I try to save general settings changes. My site is in prelaunch, so I’m unable to send a direct link.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Would you mind checking whether this error could be as a result of a conflict with one of your installed plugins by performing these steps:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Could you also check if there are any errors rest api related errors reported on the page when you inspect it using the browser’s developer options?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I’ve already tried the troubleshooting method. I will send a copy of the errors shown on the page in the sensitive data section.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

I need an email to send the temporary log to.

    Hi Shomari,

Not everyone from the forums support team has access to the support emails.

It would be great if you can send the login link in the sensitive data section so we can help you quickly.

FRom the looks of it, it seems like the issue is related to the OneSignal plugin you seem to be using. Have you tried disabling that?

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
