We’ve checked the error log and looks like there is no error related to the Rank Math plugin. It seems like the error is coming from the LiteSpeed caching plugin.
In this case, can you please try to disable that plugin and see if that works for your? If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Hello Team,
thank you for the response. As it was a weekend I spent a bit of time testing and I could only get the problem to replicate wirth Rank Math activated with Litespeed cache disabled. Disabling Rank Math and activating LSC did not cause the issue.
That said, the issue is now resolved and appears to have resolved after clearing the entire cache and reinstalling the latest RM version.
