Page Dropdown Broken After Updating to 69.1 - Support

Hi there,
We had RankMath v 68 on our site and everything worked great. Today, I updated to 69.1 (I believe this is the most recent one) and the dropdown on each page/post no longer works.

I attached a video I sent to a dev we work with to see if it’s our end or on RM’s end.

Have you guys been seeing this issue elsewhere? If so, what’s the solution?

We are pretty confident that it will fix the issue but if for some reason the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I’ll have our dev look into adding these files in hopes of fixing the issue. I already provided logins in the sensitive data. Can you not see them?

Hi there,
I see in the screencast that you indeed did not have the issue. I tried it on my end and the issue persisted, but when I went to Safari the issue was resolved.

I recently updated to the latest chrome browser, which is also when the plugin stopped working.

Are you using the latest version of chrome? Perhaps the issue only occurs there.

I updated to the latest version, logged out and back in, and the issue still persists in Chrome.

The plugin still works in Safari though.

Please advise.

Hello,

Please clear your Chrome browser’s cache and check if there are any chrome extensions that might be conflicting with Rank Math.

Also, check if there are any browser console errors upon navigating on your site. Here’s a link for more information:
