RankMath isn’t fully compatible with Oxygenbuilder yet. The compatibility between Rank Math and Oxygen Builder is not in our control at the moment.
We already added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.

The content analysis API is meant to analyze all content on specified pages/posts. It makes all content within your editor available for analysis and thins included all links.
As my colleague explained, we might not be able to analyze this from Oxygen builder at the moment.
