I checked the URL shared by you using the external SEO Analyzer tool, and noticed Rank Math is reading 6 outbound links.
As for the alt text for the images, I noticed the image mentioned below is missing an alt text:

Could you please cross-check, if you’ve added the alt text for the mentioned image?
Also, please make sure that the following variables are set on your website so that the tests have time to run properly:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
