sorry for my late reply.
Please find below the e-mail I received from Bhanu Ahluwalia on August 1st last year. Following that e-mail, our account was indeed upgraded to PRO, but this upgrade has been deactivated now.
We do have another account (username: marcello-5017, e-mail: i***@b*****************), but I’m pretty sure I’ve always used this one (e-mail: m*************@s***********). Anyway on the other account the situation is the same, and there is the free plan.
