Our license is not showing at the connected website

    Hi,

    I wanted to transfer our current license pro to a different website server. I followed the steps of disconnecting the RankMath and reconnecting. But now our license is not showing up at the connected website and I don’t know why.

    Could you please help me?

    1. Disconnect Your Rank Math Account:

      • Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
      • Click on Disconnect Account as shown in the screenshot below:

      • After disconnecting, click on Connect Now to activate your license.
      • Ensure you are using the correct Rank Math account associated with your subscription.

    To help you out, we need you to send us a copy of your receipt from FastSpring.com. You can search your inbox for an email from them – please share the email with us so we can verify your purchase and update your account. You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.

    Hello,

    That is the invoice for the year 2022 which is when the subscription started but it ended in April 2023 due to non-payment so you no longer have an active PRO subscription.

    If you want to restore the subscription you need to purchase it from the pricing page here: https://rankmath.com/pricing
