It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I checked your admin dashboard and indeed keywords are not adding from the author user’s end.
We can’t seem to access the administrator user, the login link you provided just redirects to the frontpage. Please check and update the login link so that we can further investigate the issue.

Web admin can set Keywords but others auhtors are unable to do that.

It seems to be working fine on our end with only the Rank Math plugin activated:

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know, and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
