Technically both of these links should work right?
I shouldn’t have to redirect them all manually.
Additionally, I can’t seem to change the SEO data on pages, it won’t save in the bulk editor or the page itself… So it’s not really working for me at all so far.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
As I’ve further checked, it seems that these two links are separate products and settling for mediocrity is an actual product, not category. The Strip Category Base is also working as it is removing the album
in the URL.

https://live.mrbillstunes.com/product/album/fingernail-compost/
For changing the SEO, can you please take a screenshot or screen-recording using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include the link in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi there,
Ok, so the 2 links:
https://live.mrbillstunes.com/product/album/settling-for-mediocrity/fingernail-compost/
This is supposed to be the product “fingernail compost” from the album settling for mediocrity (both album and settling for mediocrity are categories).
And this is the actual working link for the same product (no categories):
https://live.mrbillstunes.com/product/fingernail-compost/
The product you’re talking about is another track form the same album, with the same name as the album.
The 2 links for that would be:
With categories (not working):
https://live.mrbillstunes.com/product/album/settling-for-mediocrity/settling-for-mediocrity/
without categories (working):
https://live.mrbillstunes.com/product/settling-for-mediocrity/
These 2 formats of link used to redirect without issue, but now the links with categories in them don’t work.
I’ll look at getting a screen of the other issues and get back to you.
Hello,
Could you please try enabling the option to remove parent slugs to see if it resolves the issue and if it still doesn’t, try disabling and enabling the option to remove the category base then save the settings again.
Please keep in mind that the settings that will affect the product URLs in WooCommerce are those in Rank math > General Settings > WooCommerce: https://i.rankmath.com/VmSf8n
Looking forward to helping you
