    Hello,

I am having an issue where the logo property for my Organization schema is not being generated on my homepage. My homepage is set to display “Your latest posts.”

I have confirmed all my settings are correct in Titles & Meta > Local SEO, including my company name and a 512×512 PNG logo. I have also cleared all my site and browser caches.

To troubleshoot, I performed a key test:

I temporarily set my homepage to a static page.

I ran this static page through the Schema Markup Validator and it worked perfectly. The Organization schema appeared correctly, including the logo property.

When I switch back to a dynamic “Latest Posts” homepage, the logo property disappears from the schema again.

This proves the issue is a specific conflict with how the schema is generated on a dynamic homepage. Could you please advise on how to fix this?

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Organization logo property not being generated on your dynamic "Latest Posts" homepage. It seems like you’ve done a thorough job troubleshooting this issue already.

When your homepage is set to display the latest posts, the Titles & Meta settings for the homepage can only be configured directly through the Rank Math MetaBox available in the Editor. This might be why the logo property is not appearing as expected.

To ensure that the Organization schema is correctly set up, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta.
    2. Check if there are any specific settings for the homepage under the Local SEO tab.
    3. Make sure that the logo is correctly set in both the Local SEO settings and that it is not being overridden by any other settings.

If you continue to experience issues, we recommend checking if there are any conflicts with other plugins or themes that might affect how the schema is generated on your homepage.

For a more comprehensive setup or if you need further assistance, you might consider our professional setup service, which ensures your plugin setup adheres to the latest SEO standards. You can find more information about this service at Rank Math Services.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope this helps resolve your issue!

    Hello,

Thank you for the automated reply. Unfortunately, the suggestions did not resolve the issue.

As a final test, I used the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin to disable all other plugins and revert to a default theme.

When only the Rank Math plugin was active, the Organization schema was generated on my dynamic homepage, but it was still missing the logo property.

This proves that the issue is not a plugin or theme conflict. The problem persists even when Rank Math is the only active plugin. As my original message stated, the schema does work correctly on a static page.

Please assign this ticket to a human support agent to investigate why Rank Math is failing to generate the logo property on a dynamic homepage on my site.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We checked your website and found that the Local SEO module was disabled, which was causing the issue you experienced.

We have now enabled the Local SEO module from Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules. The logo is now included in your schema, even when your homepage is set to display your latest posts.

To ensure the LocalBusiness and Organization schema is fully configured, please add the remaining details in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.

Please let us know if everything is working as expected. We are happy to assist further if needed.

    Thank you.
