I have two free accounts, one on my main account with email address: c*****@w****************************** I do websites for local businesses.I decided to opt in and see what your plugin was like. I decided to give the free version a try, so I created another account on my husbands website with the email address c*****@j********************* as I manage that site for him and I can have a play around with your free plugin on a local business website.
I decided to upgrade to Business so I can offer some SEO services to other local businesses. When I purchased the Business plan it asked for my e-mail address so I entered: c*****@w****************************** the receipts and payment confirmations have come through to that address as you can see from the screenshots supplied, but for some reason the Business plan has been activated on my husbands website. I think maybe I was logged in and didn’t realise, thats the only thing I can think of as I entered the correct email address.
Can I transfer the Business Plan please to the correct RankMath account with email address: c*****@w******************************
