I can confirm in your account that you already have the “PRO” subscription. Can you please confirm if the subscription is being applied to the wrong email?
If that wasn’t it, are you referring to the plugin on your website? If so, please ensure that you have installed the PRO version of the plugin as you need it together with the Free one.
After confirming that, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account.
