Open ticket for 2 days, deleted with no reply. Paid for pro, not getting support

    I have a pro account and can’t update the plugin because we no longer have access to that email, it was deleted. I opened a ticket a few days ago and have been checking on it but it’s now deleted and nobody helped me.

    I paid for pro and am not getting any support.
