Open Graph Image not showing

    Hi,
    I’m truggling to understand why my image is not showing in Meta for Developper

    Using RankMath (I followed the recommended process to add social image and content).
    Only the fb:app_id is not configured on my staging env.

    Do you have an idea how to fix my problem ?
    I don’t use caching on my staging env. Image are PNG or JPG.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    I checked the page and the og:image tag is correctly added to the page sources.

    The image preview is working fine when sharing the post directly on Facebook:

    For some reason, the Sharing Debugger is not able to fetch the actual image from the URL and it seems like an issue on their end. But since it is working fine on Facebook, there is nothing to be worried about.

    Hello,

    Since the preview is showing in Facebook posts, and on other platforms (eg LinkedIn), there is likely an issue with the Facebook sharing debugger which is beyond our control.

    You can get in touch with the meta team as they will be able help you with this.
