  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We can see you’re using the SVG format which is not supported for the Open Graph image. Facebook officially supports only jpeg, png, and gif image formats for Open Graph images. But Rank Math supports additional formats like WebP and AVIF for Facebook Open Graph images.

Please try to replace the image with the supported format.

Also, the recommended image size is 1200 x 630 pixels. If the image’s dimension is too small or too large compared to the recommended image size, then the individual social networks may not read your image correctly.

Since the requirements do not match the standard format, Rank Math is using the first image from your page for the OG image.

Regarding the white block on your image, it is coming from the Custom Image Watermarks you’ve selected on the Titles & Meta > General setting which is also in SVG format.

If you want to use a custom watermark, please make sure to use a JPEG or PNG format image. In case, you don’t want any watermarks, please remove the watermark and change the default settings:

Once done, please try to clear your website cache including any server-level cache, and check again.

However, you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your websites, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
