Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Upon checking your website, I noticed that are no actually og:image
present on your website.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Upon inspecting your website I noticed that there was already an og:image
tag present with a valid image. However, you were still seeing the phone image because Facebook was caching your results.
I went into the Facebook Sharing Debugger (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug) and asked it to scrape your page again and you should now see the correct image when sharing your website on Facebook.
Hope this helps solve your issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.
Thank you, Miguel. It’s now working. Do you know if there is a way to set a different open graph image for mobile? It shows a cropped version of the desktop image on my mobile phone.
Terence.
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Unfortunately, the og:image
is the standard meta tag for the Opengraph which Facebook and other social media applications use to display the image of your website. This data will be used to display your image regardless of desktop or mobile users.
However, you can follow Facebook‘s recommended size of 1200 x 630 px and try to keep your images as close to 1:91:1 aspect ratio as possible to display the full image in News Feed without any cropping.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
Thanks very much for your help. All good now.
Terence.
