i am having same problem.
Having the same problem here, the plugin was deactivated so all of my redirections have stopped working.
EDIT: I got around it by skipping the activation step, but that may not work for a fresh install of the plugin.

Same issue on a new install, tried reinstalling and same result.
Having the same problem. This is an older install. I go through the usual wizard, no problem. Then when it gets to the page that says to analyze your site by linking your RankMath account, it goes to the Ooops page…
Add my name to the list. From the “Dashboard”, “Help” tab there is a notification that the plug-in is “Not Activated”. When I click “Activate Now”, the plug-in tries to access “https://rankmath.com/auth/?site=http%3A%2F%2Ffitnessandhealthadvice.com&r=https%3A%2F%2Ffitnessandhealthadvice.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Drank-math%26view%3Dhelp” and I get the “Oops! That page can’t be found.” result.
I am using Rank Math SEO version 1.0.37.2 which appears to be the most current version of the plug-in.
I even tried importing from a working installation of Rank Math.
The plug-in still requires the activation step to work properly.
My problem just cleared.
I refreshed the page where I was trying to activate the plug-in.
When it reloaded, there was a window in the middle stating I was about to activate Rank Math on my site.
When I clicked “OK” the “Activate Now” notification changed to “Plugin Activated”.

This must have been as a result of some temporary server outages on our end. I have just checked and activations are working as expected at this time. Please test again if you are still experiencing this problem.

i fixed it. i just restarted my computer then it worked. how knows?
