Thanks for reply now its showing correctly after 4 days after posting it!But the same issue happening for newer posts every time the home page title shows on search results with recent posts meta description on search results. Any way to fix this?

New posts might take some time to get indexed properly.
Also, since the post titles are updating after 3-4 days, it is unlikely that the issue is from your side.
However, you can clear your website’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
