Only FAQ blocks on page

    Hi,

Is it good practice to have a separate FAQ page with only FAQ schema blocks? This page will be filled with questions and answers about delivery, product info, payment options, etc etc.

If this is not the way to do it, please advise where I should insert the FAQ schema blocks instead.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.

That depends on what you want to achieve. As you have an e-commerce/products website, it makes sense to add the FAQ block on each of your product pages, so that when a user searches for a product on Google that you offer, he can see the FAQ section specific to that product.

For more details, please have a look at these articles:

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

Hi, thank you for the fast reply.

I sell only tshirts and they are very much alike. Should I have the same faq blocks on every product page?

And on which pages should I put a FAQ block about delivery problems or payment options.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

You may consider placing your FAQ block on the Home page or you can create a separate FAQ page. Creating duplicate content is never good from an SEO point of view. Also, you can create internal links on the product pages to the FAQ block.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi, and thank again.

A seperate FAQ page (see sensitive data) was my first intention but I wasn’t sure if that was the correct way. I could indeed put internal links in the product description that point to the seperate FAQ page.
