    Hi Rank Math Support,

    I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Rank Math SEO. When optimiSing a post or page, I can achieve a high SEO score (around 90), but as soon as I click “Update,” the score suddenly drops to 23.

    Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried:
    – Recalculated SEO Score – Shows the error: “Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again.”
    – Checked for Plugin & Theme Conflicts – Disabled all plugins except Rank Math and tested different themes, but the issue persists.
    – Cleared Cache & Cookies – Cleared both browser and WordPress cache, but the score still resets after updating.
    – Deactivated & Reinstalled Rank Math – Completely removed Rank Math, reinstalled it, and reconfigured settings, but no improvement.
    – Checked Firewall & Security Settings – Reviewed firewall logs to ensure no Rank Math files were being blocked. No issues found.
    – Checked JavaScript Console for Errors – No major JavaScript errors related to Rank Math detected.

    Despite these efforts, the issue continues. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can try? I really enjoy using Rank Math and would love to get this resolved.
