Rank Math already add the sitelinks and searchbox schema to your pages but this does not guarantee the appearance of the links on the SERP. Search engines will check various factors before rewarding your site with this snippet.
For example the algorithms will check how competitive your website sector is. Results technically can happen in as little as 4 to 8 weeks with some minor adjustments if you already have a claimed your business on Google and your website has some built in domain authority.
I can suggest that you work on the latter by ensuring you are delivering high quality content for the keywords that you are ranking for and this will ensure that you see some results sooner.

These links are extracted from the navigation menus on your site and you may not be able to select the links that will appear on the SERP.
You can however ensure that the links on your site maintain a silo structure for best results.
