Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the old URL still appearing in the Rank Math Article Schema. It seems that even after deleting the Article schema, the old URL might still be cached or retained in some way.
Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:
-
Delete Old Schema Data: Ensure that you have completely removed any old schema data associated with the article. You can do this by navigating to the Schema tab in Rank Math and checking if there are any remnants of the old schema.
-
Re-add Schema: After deleting the old schema, try re-adding the Article schema using the Schema Generator. Make sure to enter the new URL correctly this time.
-
Validate Your Schema: Once you have added the new schema, validate it by clicking on the Eye icon in the Schema tab and then selecting "Test with Google". This will help you confirm if the new schema is set up correctly.
-
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins or server-side caching, clear your cache to ensure that the changes are reflected.
-
Check for Duplicates: If you have duplicated posts or pages, ensure that there are no duplicate schemas being generated, as this can cause confusion and errors.
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
