Rank Math will not delete any data automatically. It seems you mean your site is now showing metadata from Rank Math.
In case you were using a support SEO plugin formerly for the metadata, you can import all your SEO data using the Rank Math Import & Export Settings:

Rank Math also has the option to edit/add metadata in bulk; however, you will need the PRO version for that: https://rankmath.com/kb/editing-seo-meta-at-scale/
