I did clear the cache. The DIVI team was in the site last night working on it but it. They are telling us that we can only use WEBP photos, that those are the only photos that will show up in a rich preview. We only have one of those photos, and we have no idea how we even got the photo as a WEBP photo. Furthermore, this can’t be right because we have other websites that do not use WEBP photos and the rich preview works fine when shared. Literally every post on this website does not share as a rich preview except one.
