It seems that your homepage is set up to display your latest posts. Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage and check if you have already filled up the meta description?

For the missing open graph meta tags, please ensure that you have already set up the default open graph thumbnail in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta

Once done, please clear your website’s cache and check using our External SEO Analyzer tool.

If the issue still persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
