    3. Disconnect and Reconnect: In your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, then disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. This can help refresh the connection and update your credits.

    Dears,

    I used all my AI credit points to improve the errors with some issues on the website (nu-nrg.eu)
    It shown that the credits will be refreshed on 07.07…today i checked and after doing the instruction (https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-restore-missing-content-ai-credits/?utm_source=Plugin&utm_medium=Buy%2BCredits%2BButton%2BFree%2BPlan&utm_campaign=WP)

    ..all the time is 0

    details on Websites:
    Content AI credits: 704 / 750 Tracked Keywords: 0 / 0
    Monthly Credits: 750
    Used Credits: 704
    Credits Reset On: 07 Aug 2025

    Refresh button didn’t update the credits quantity

    Hello,

    We have gone ahead and disconnected your website from our side so you can reconnect it. This is to properly sync your website to our system.

    You should see in your WordPress dashboard that your Rank Math account is disconnected from the plugin.

    Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account again. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
