The data fetching has been completed but indeed no data has been fetched.
However, I also noticed that no posts/pages/CPTs have been optimized for SEO yet.
Could you please share screenshots of 30 days of organic traffic of the website from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts, so that we can get a deeper insight into the issue?
You can use a tool like imgur.com to easily upload and share the screenshot link in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Rank Math analytics does not track the live users nor shows the real time data. The statistics that appear in the Rank Math Analytics module won’t match with the data from the Google Search Console as we only track posts and keywords that rank in the top 100 positions in the selected timeframe. We do this to help make decision-making easier and for faster data processing since this is the data you really need to prioritize your SEO efforts on.
Please kindly share screenshots of 30 days of organic traffic of your website.

So I understand correctly. The website post has to be in the top 100 positions in Google before it shows the visits inside Rankmath?

That is indeed the case. Please give it time for your site to Rank for the data to appear. Top 100 positions means that your site is among the top 100 listings for the keyword that it ranks for.
