I am experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried all of the solutions that I was able to find online but nothing has worked.
I found the cause, it was essential grid plugin. I have deactivated it now.
I don’t have that plugin installed. Nothing else has changed other than the WordPress update.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using (we have seen a lot of plugins and themes are broken with this latest WordPress version and meanwhile Rank Math is compatible, others could be breaking it).
A good way to find those incompatible plugins/themes (to report them to their dev teams) is using this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
