Followed your instructions to track the new G4 analytics and still not seeing any data

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can follow this guide to check that: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-2-check-the-cron-job
In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.
If the cron jobs are working, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pendingRun the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetchscheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.
Hope this helps.
We look forward to helping you.
I’m contacting support for a reason – I need help identifying the issue. This is too much troubleshooting and beyond my knowledge level to do this myself.
Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I logged in to your website and checked the settings, you have selected the UA property in the dropdown.
Please reconnect with Google, select the GA4 property from the dropdown, configure the settings and ensure that the Install Analytics code option is enabled.
Also, in the Free plugin, the data in the Rank Math Analytics dashboard is only fetched from the Search Console.
Hope this helps.
We look forward to helping you.
Which dropdown? When I look I see that it’s G4?
Hello,
In the Analytics dropdown at Rank Math > General settings > Analytics you have selected the UA property:
All the GA4 properties are clearly indicated with a suffix
-GA4.Here is a guide for your reference:
