I know it’s not my plugins because I use the same plugin stack with all of my sites and Rank Math is working fine on my other sites.

However, if you’re not sure, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Sorry for the delayed response.
I logged in to your website and created a draft post and added a focus keyword to the post, it looks like access to this file is getting blocked:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user

If you are using Cloudflare or any security plugin, you should whitelist the file in Cloudflare and Firewall, if that does not help I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking access to that file.
