Not saving meta data on posts, pages, product or categories

    Hi,

    I am writing about https://massive-stock.dk/.

    When I try to change the meta data for the post types post, page, product etc. and click update, the content in rank math is not saved.
    I’ve tried a few different things with no luck:
    – Disabled other plugins to ensure that there was no conflict.
    – Updated/downgraded Rank Math.
    – Contacted the hosting provider regarding the firewall blocking Rank Math as suggested in this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
    – Deleted the firewall installed on the WordPress site.

    I’m running out of ideas so I’m hoping you guys can help me out.

    We checked your site and seems like on your website there’s a redirection or plugin setting all the URLs to lowercase and that is being triggered in the API routes as well.

    Please note that the REST API routes are case-sensitive and if you look closely at the route you’ll notice that it’s entirely in lowercase where our REST API route should end like this: updateMeta

    Here the “M” should be in capital.

    ​​​​​​​Please try to disable that plugin or redirection rule for the REST API routes in order to resolve this issue.
