Not saving changes.

  • Hi, We have a store with wordpress (mediterraneandistribución.com) From a couple of days ago the plugin does not save cahanges.
    I have create a new producto (producto 2) by doing a copy of the other one (product 1) I have create a new key word and tried to change the keyword into the SEO description and everything looked ok but when I tried to save the new product just DID NOT SAVE the rank math areas (but saved the rest changes made in the new product)
    Can you help me with that?

    Changes not getting saved in Rank Math may be because of Firewall. Please check if Rank Math is being blocked by your firewall and if it is the case, whitelist Rank Math and its files.

    I have desconnected the Firewall that I have with the hosting Godaddy. I have also desconected the Norton that I have in my pc. I have also tried to make some changes from my Ipad and my phone.
    And it is still not working.
    The steps you sent me in your link is a bit difficult for me to follow.
    Can you help me in another way?

    We checked your site and found that the following two REST Routes we use to update the data is being blocked by your GoDaddy firewall and most likely this is why you’re facing this issue.

    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
    

    I’ve attached the screenshots in the sensitive data section for your reference.

    In order to resolve this issue, please try whitelisting the Rank Math REST Routes that are being blocked on your firewall.
