    Hey, RankMath!

    The issue that I’m having is that I’ve subscribed to the $19.99/mo., 50 Content AI Credit plan but I have not received any new credits for quite some time.

    Perhaps I’m understanding what I signed up for incorrectly, which is my fault, but shouldn’t I be receiving 50 new credits to my account on a monthly basis? Right now, I’m at 2 and I’ve yet to use the Content AI system in January.

    If you could let me know, that’d be super helpful. Big fan!

    Unfortunately, no. When you’re purchasing Content AI Credits from us is one time purchase and valid for up to one year. That won’t get renewed on each month.

    So, you’ll be getting 50 credits for $19 per year (ex VAT) when you purchase. Once you’ve finished using those credits, you’ll have to purchase again to use more.
