Hello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
There are a few things you must check for in order to see why the posts aren’t getting indexed.
1. Make sure the post is not selected as ‘noindex’ in WP > Posts > Your Post > Advanced Tab in Rank Math.
Screenshot:2. Ensure that the noindex is not selected for Global or Posts meta:
3. Check the sitemap settings and check if the posts are setup to be included in the sitemaps:
Please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
Please check this website for more details.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Cheers,

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I searched your website on Google and I was unable to replicate the issue.
There is a huge list of indexed data of your website on the SERPs (over 10 pages).
Please have a look at this screencast and confirm it on your end: https://i.rankmath.com/CbBa83
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
not showing my courses, iam post in courses section but not show that in google, are you check the image i mention above last time no tick in index so that is the reason not showing course section in google?
any problem in this settings https://ibb.co/VTGT3vh
only 742 index in goolge but i have 3000+ posts
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
I’ve checked some of your courses included in your sitemap, and they are already showing on the Google search results page. Here’s a screencast for your reference:
https://i.rankmath.com/kspsYnThe settings you have provided are also the default setting for your courses. This will only affect your new courses upon selecting that option. Make sure you check the course page itself if it is already set to index.
Your sitemap also only contains 143 courses and not 3000+ as you are mentioning. If you have more than 143 courses, then make sure that they are included in your sitemap by checking this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
please check the image https://ibb.co/Ss8PTJX or sitemap total 17 course sitemaps 200 of one sitemap https://www.freewebcart.com/sitemap_index.xml
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked your sitemaps but I was unable to locate 17 sitemaps of courses. I found only 1 sitemap i.e., the course taxonomy sitemap containing 143-course types.
Please have a look at this screencast for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/VrvZc3
I also opened the sitemaps in multiple web browsers and in incognito modes, but the course sitemaps were not displayed.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I logged into your website’s admin area and upon flushing the sitemap’s cache, I was able to see the 17-course Sitemaps.
I was unable to find a caching plugin on your website, please check if you have a server-side cache enabled? If yes, then please exclude Rank Math sitemaps from caching.
I further checked the sitemaps and the latest Course is added today (1st May), I searched it on Google and it is already indexed, which is great. You can have a look at this screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/DXI5Q7
As the courses are getting indexed, and the sitemap is also completely accessible, I suggest you give Google some time to crawl your website and index the remaining courses.
Also, upon inspecting the source of the website, I noticed that there are duplicate OG tags present. It seems like these tags are getting generated by the “Novashare” plugin. Please have a look at this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/iI8PMM
Using multiple plugins for similar tasks might result in conflicts, also it may confuse the Search Engines/Social media platforms about which OG tags to prefer and thus may result in further issues. You can disable the OG Tags and other SEO-related features of the “Novashare” plugin to fix this issue.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
DESABLED THE OPEN GRAPH IN NOVASHARE HOW TO DO THE CACHE PROBLEM
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked again and I’m seeing only 4 sitemaps, the course sitemaps are not displayed. https://i.rankmath.com/9Z4UNl
There is also a warning displayed in the sitemap settings. Please have a look at these screenshots for a quick reference:
https://i.rankmath.com/0LWkjF
https://i.rankmath.com/xAV5tgYou need to add (if not already added), the code mentioned in the warning in your NGINX configuration file.
I suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to add the above code to the NGINX configuration file. Also, please ask them if a server-side cache is enabled on your website. If yes, then please ensure to exclude the Rank Math sitemaps from getting cached.
You can also mention to your hosting provider that while testing the sitemaps using https://httpstatus.io/, the
X-Cache-Status
directive gives aMISS
value. https://i.rankmath.com/437duSPlease let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
where i add this
