We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
Once you are logged in, follow these steps:
- Go to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL.
- Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

- If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, navigate to your WordPress admin area and go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account:


- After reconnecting, refresh the credits count again in your Content AI to request the updated credits from our server:

Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.
