Not getting e-mails from Rankmath

    I did a couple tests to t***@g************* and I am was able to get the messages fine, but your system is not sending them to me (I opened a support ticket) and never got confirmation of the ticket… I do show that I have a valid card on file Ending with *9333 Default
    Expires 08/2028
    Last charge: Nov 28, 2023 ($69.00)

    For some reason that didn’t clear though so I am adding a card ending in 2192. Please reinstate my pro account and use that billing on it. You can also e-mail me at m*********@g******** if you guys are not able to get the mail through or call me 801-831-2163.

    It’s not possible to manually reinstate a subscription from our end. You’ll need to start a new subscription from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/

    Regarding the emails, can you please clarify what email you were expecting but didn’t get? This would help us investigate the issue properly.

    Thats ridiculous! I signed up with a promo and just because I wasn’t getting your e-mails you won’t let me re-instate the license I had?! I have updated the credit card on file. Please escalate this to a manager or owner. It is very frustrating because I have been with you guys forever.

    Can I get the same pricing as I had before… I never received any notification I just happened to notice it when I was going to update some plugins for a client as it just occured like a week ago. If you can set the pricing to what I had please setup a new subscription for me and just use the card on file thank you so much.
