Not getting any 404 log (issue 5 months old)

    Currently, the Rank Math 404 Monitor captures and displays 404 errors that occur on your site. If you are not seeing any logs, it could be due to the 404 Monitor module not being enabled or possibly because there haven’t been any 404 errors encountered on your site. To ensure the 404 Monitor is working correctly, please follow these steps:

    1. Enable the 404 Monitor Module: Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard and enable the 404 Monitor module. You need to be in Advanced Mode to do this.

    2. Check the 404 Monitor: After enabling, navigate to Rank Math SEO → 404 Monitor to see if any errors are being logged.

    If you have already done this and still see no logs, it may be worth checking if there are any specific settings or conflicts with Elementor that could be affecting the logging of 404 errors.

    so to sum up, still nog fix available?

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Right now our plugin only supports the default 404 page as most of the themes use this. If you want to change this for a custom 404 page, you’ll have to adjust the code in our plugin as mentioned on that ticket.
