not activating my site on rank math

    1. Disconnect Your Account: Go to your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, and click on Disconnect Account.
      Choose Disconnect account

    2. Reconnect Your Account: After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button.
      Click Connect Now in Rank Math

    3. Select the Correct Account: Ensure you select the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO license. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose the appropriate one from the License drop-down list, then click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.

    4. Check Your Connection: Once activated, you can verify that your website is connected by checking the Help page in your Rank Math dashboard or the Websites section in your Rank Math account area.

    Hello,

    Assuming that you are running the latest version of Rank Math, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

    Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and then clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
