Not able to use Ai on a free version

2. Account Connection: Since you mentioned that your account shows no sites connected on RankMath.com, it’s essential to connect your website to your Rank Math account. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and ensuring that your website is listed under the Websites section. If it’s not connected, please follow the steps to connect it.

3. Activation: Make sure that Rank Math is activated properly on your site. You can check this by going to the activation page and confirming that the email matches the one linked to your account.

The error shows that you have yet to connect your website with your Rank Math account.

You can connect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Connect Now button.
