    2. Updating While Connected to a Free Account: If you are connected to a free account on your website, this error can occur. Please ensure that you are logged into the PRO account and reconnect your website. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, disconnecting your account, and then reconnecting it with the correct PRO account.

    3. Not Enough Storage Space: If your web server does not have enough storage capacity, it may also lead to this error. Check if you can upload other files to your website. If not, consider freeing up some space or contacting your web host for more storage.

    Hello,

    We checked your account and we can see that the subscription has expired four days ago and we do not have any option to revert a subscription that has expired already. You will have to make a new purchase:

    Those are two distinct subscriptions so we cannot switch one for the other.

    Having said that, you can cancel the Content AI subscription by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/

    To get access to the PRO subscription you would need to purchase a new one from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing
