It looks like there might be existing permission-related settings inside the database that is still preventing (which I am only assuming as of now). Could you please create a new WordPress site (not the existing staging site) and check if the plugin is working there or the issue persists.

Earlier we installed your plugin on same server in a new wp install for a site, On that site plugin installed and working. So issue is in this particular site.

After some debugging, we found something interesting that is likely causing this issue.
The options database table on your website doesn’t have an auto-increment field for the option_id and that means that anytime a new option needs to be added it fails because it can’t keep track of the ID needed.
Having said that, you can’t add a primary key with auto-increment after the table is created and thus it’s impossible to change that column now without rebuilding the entire table.
Rebuilding the table would delete all the options from there which essentially would render the website useless.

How can we add custom meta title and description for some pages. Like in Yoast they provide some filters for this. Can we do this in Rankmath?
