Not able to get into pro version

    My client attempted to upgrade our free rank math through the WP dashboard at https://vistacriminallaw.com. Her email is c******@j**************. However, the free account was under my email address originally which should have been p*******@o*******************. (its also possible it was under p*********@g********)

    Neither of us have received the license key or an email to upgrade the account. Can you advise please?

    1. Log into your Rank Math account using the email address you believe is associated with the PRO plan.
    2. If you cannot access it, please reply to this ticket and include the email addresses you think might be associated with the account (c******@j**************, p*******@o*******************, or p*********@g********).
    3. A human agent from our support team will then assist you in locating your PRO account and ensuring that everything is set up correctly.

    In this case, you can use that email to log in and access the Rank Math PRO subscription.

    Alternatively, we can merge your current account with that one, allowing you to consolidate it into a single Rank Math account.

    I was able to use my client’s email to download pro. I am still logged in under my email within the WP dashboard. I’ve uploaded pro and so far no problems but if I have issues I will let you know. Thank you!

    This does not seem to be working correctly. The Pro account under c******@j************** is not showing as connected to the website vistacriminallaw.com. My account (p*******@o*******************) is still connected with the free version. I would like to not lose the data we’ve already entered into the free plugin dashboard but I need access to the pro features ASAP. I cannot upload any custom json to the schema template builder currently. Please merge the accounts in whatever way allows us to keep the current data. Thank you.

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

    Don’t worry; none of your settings will be lost during the transition. Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database, and the PRO will remain intact and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.

    Good morning. To update you on the status, I went ahead and deleted the plugin, then re uploaded it from the WP plugin area. This allowed me to connect the pro account through my clients email. We now have the pro version on our website, however, I still cannot upload custom json through the schema builder. After pasting the code and hitting the process code button, nothing happens. Can you advise how I can use this feature?

    Just a quick update: I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it directly from the WordPress plugin repository. This allowed me to successfully connect the Pro account using my client’s email, and the Pro version is now active on our. However, I’m still facing an issue when trying to upload custom JSON through the Schema Builder. After pasting the code and clicking the “Process Code” button, nothing happens.
    Could you please advise on how to properly use this feature, or let me know if there’s a known issue?
