A single web page that you browse is made up of multiple elements. You have the actual HTML, JavaScript, CSS, images, and then external resources.
The problem is that each object on the page has to be separately requested by the server, and those requests take valuable loading time which affects your SEO since Google will penalize websites that take longer to load.

If you remove that plugin the tracking of data about analytics on your website might no longer work.
Unfortunately, we can’t minify those files because they come directly from Google and we just have to accept the fact that those aren’t going to be properly minified.
Regarding the images, if you delete them from your media library they will no longer work on the posts and pages where you have inserted them and cause issues with the design of the website.

If that’s the case, those are just guidelines, and although having a higher score there would help it’s not entirely necessary to get a perfect score to rank well on Google.
