Could you also try a different browser to connect your website to your Rank Math account? Also, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve checked your site’s configuration and there are some values that are too low and which you should increase. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
After setting these PHP values, please try again to connect your website to your Rank Math account.

Changed all the values, unfortunately did not provide the solution.
I will add the host access info to sensitive date. Site is not really important. As a new user of your plugin i was just testing it on this site with the aim of applying it to other sites.

It looks like the base64_decode() function is not working on your site, it simply fails silently, which is causing an issue in the registration process. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to enable it for your site. Having it disabled may cause issues not only in Rank Math but other products as well because this is a widely-used function.
