I explain you the whole situation here
My website permalink structure was: tech2auto.in/%category%/%post-name%/
Now I have setup the new structure as: tech2auto.in/%post-name%/
Also i have amp version installed which means the old amp url’s looked like:
tech2auto.in/%category%/%post-name%/amp/
and new permalink structure has changed amp url’s to: tech2auto.in/%post-name%/amp/
please help me with regex redirections

I am sorry but Rank Math offers you the redirect option. You have to add the redirect yourself.
With that said, you have to add a separate source URL for each category.
Add a new redirect and set it up like this:
