Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
That option is available at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools.:
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.
You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

Rank math only offers the option to add the god. You’ll need to get Norton Safe Web verification HTML code or ID from here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/in/home/current/solutions/kb20090410134005EN
then add it to Rank math.

If your website is already verified on Norton, you can skip adding the code in Rank Math.
You will not face any issue by not adding the norton code.
Ok, but does RankMath penalize me for that? I’m trying to get at close to 100 point score as possible. I’d like to solve the errors as much as possible. Is this a bug in your plugin?
