    The video link you shared is throwing a 404 error.

    The primary term option seems to be working fine on our end:
    term

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Hello
    Yes I removed the loom video because I realized that your customer support was public.
    It still doesn’t work using your method with the health check extension.
    There are no “bubbles” like in your image to choose the primary category on the product sheets.
    How can I give you an admin access?

    Hello,

    To show the function to choose the primary term, please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products and select the Categories as Primary Taxonomy:

    Primary

    Once done, you should be able to see the bubble to select as the primary term.

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
