Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with incorrect, non-existent redirects on your website. Thank you for providing detailed information about the steps you’ve already taken.
Since you’ve already checked for redirection rules in Rank Math and the .htaccess file, and the issue persists even when the redirects module is turned off, it may be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot further:
-
Check for Other Redirection Plugins: Ensure that there are no other redirection plugins installed that might be causing these redirects. If you find any, please deactivate them and check if the issue persists.
-
Theme or Plugin Conflict: Perform a quick conflict check by disabling other plugins one by one to see if any of them are causing the issue. You can also switch to a default theme temporarily to check if the theme is causing the problem.
-
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear the cache to ensure that you are seeing the most recent changes.
-
Check Google Search Console: Look for any errors reported in Google Search Console that might give you more insight into the redirects.
If after trying these steps the issue still exists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for your patience, and we hope to resolve this issue for you soon!

Hello,
We have removed the URLs from your initial message.
The remove base will conflict if you have the same slug as your pages.
However, the URL is getting redirected to the closest slug name, and it is being done by WordPress itself.
In this case, you may follow the steps in any of the guides below to stop WordPress from auto-correcting/guessing the URL:

Hello, thanks for the links! I tried it and unfortunately they don’t work. http status code checker also says that RankMath is in the http header. I switched back to another permalink manager and there is no such problem. Anyway, thank you, you should investigate the error more thoroughly and prepare the RankMath plugin for this case as well.
Hello,
