If you have no pages or posts added to index, you can head to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and set noindex.
You can also use robots.txt which you can edit in Rank math > General Settings > Robots.txt

I do not know if I misunderstood Michael, but he gave me a solution to noindex only if I had no pages on my subdomain.
I would like to noindex my subdomain, which have multiple posts and pages.

In your case, the easy option would be to use WordPress settings to add the noindex, just head over to WordPress dashboard > Settings > Reading and check the option to Discourage search engines from indexing this site. You should also disable page and post sitemap in Rank math > Sitemap settings
